Case Studies
Professional Service Marketing Project:
The project was the outsourcing of marketing resources to free up the professional staff to make decisions based on recommendations from someone on their team and not selling a product to them. In developing the first plans, the project scope and nature grew as the needs were required with phased approaches and measured movement forward. Based on busy schedules, the hardest element of this project was finding information to develop a strategy based on past practice and incorporate it into forward planning. Confirming the need for a strong understanding that we are part of the solution, along with the client!
Heavy Industry HR and management coaching:
Faced with growth challenges, project challenges and broadly connecting companies, the client was requiring additional management that could bring the appropriate skill, experience and poise to a young, energetic group of companies. With raw power and great business decisions, the growth trajectory meant that last years mistakes were going to be next years’ derailment. ADcpm located a senior financial manager that could help to organize, manage and guide the growing company in a way that complemented the existing group and skill sets. The project was conceived over a 2 year period and was executed in less than 2 months. The results, improved structure in reporting and communication, improved expense tracking and management and strategic financial planning for future growth, acquisition and development.
Retail marketing, advertising, business development, HR and coaching:
Unsatisfied with their return on investment from the advertising expenditures in recent years, the client was looking to find someone to count on and trust to assist in the development of strategic plans and budgets to create a yearly and seasonal marketing and advertising plan. The project continues to evolve with new requirements and more challenges. As we confirmed the advertising activities, their costs and their outcomes, we developed a plan for the new year and connected the messaging across mediums to link to each other and call the customer to action in meaningful ways. The project continues to evolve; we move forward, together.
Health Care Practice marketing and coaching:
The clients busy schedules would not allow them time to work on their business strategy and execution of those plans as they were too busy responding to their client needs. Confronted with great opportunity and broadened health care accreditation, the client needed to find a voice in the market through which to amplify their service and let clients know how they can help. Developing tools to support their continued marketing activities and seeking novel and cost effective methods of communicating those messages have been the priorities in the early phases. |
