About Us

Led by Senior Consultant Andrew Dale, ADcpm is focused on serving the marketing and management needs of small business.  Most specifically, ADcpm works with small business and professionals who provide services to their clients in a team based delivery model.  Those small businesses vary from not-for-profit to construction and mining to retail in soft and hard goods to health care, legal and other professional practice services.

Although ADcpm will get involved in researching and auditing the activities a business has executed historically, it is generally in the development of strategies to find new customers or build stronger relationships with existing customers that our value begins to show.  Our execution services bring the service full circle in offering busy business owners like you, a tactical partner capable and interested in executing those business elements that require attention. You can count on us to be your right hand throughout our partnership.

We identify problems and service gaps in the way business is communicated or operated in an effort to optimize the resources deployed to satisfy customers, increase efficiency and maximize profit. Taking what we've learned from  20 years of work experience and applying it to familiar industries and new ones in a way that assists business owners to look at problems from a different perspective.


About Andrew Dale, MBA, BA

Andrew’s background started with his pursuit of high level team sport. Pursuing his childhood dream of a career in the NHL, he fell short of reaching that goal settling on a professional career that spanned 8 years of major junior and minor professional hockey. Highlights include playing for his country, winning a league championship, the Kelly Cup in 1999 and obtaining his undergraduate degree while playing pro hockey. Andrew’s career ended in 2001 based on his decision to leave the game and pursue his next career in Sales, Marketing and Business development.

Andrew spent 6 years in sales, marketing and business development in both medical products and health and fitness while completing his graduate degree in administration, his MBA.

Andrew’s next challenge was to manage, develop and organize a human resource consulting and talent acquisition office focused on consulting and finding operational and management skilled labour for various industries including mining, energy, manufacturing, oil and gas, professional services and construction.

Based on the combination of high level sport, business basics and fundamentals spanning, sales marketing, business development, HR and management, Andrew struck out to serve his network and clients on project related work where an impact could be tangible and clearly observed.
