Greg King was born in Bracebridge, Muskoka and has had the good fortune of growing up on the lakes of Muskoka. In 1988 he set in motion his desire and passion for building construction starting his first business as a residential contractor.  Real estate and structures became a common ground for Greg in Muskoka where his love of the lakes lured his business into the contracting and construction of custom lakefront residential estates, cottages and boathouses.

Since that time Greg has been a premier Contractor on Lake Muskoka, Lake Rosseau, Lake Joseph, Lake of Bays and many smaller category lakes within the region. His dedication to his clients is shouldered by his depth of knowledge of building construction and design, bylaws effecting development as well as historic and present market values.  Greg's success in planning, building and construction has developed into a passion for the Muskoka Lakes Real Estate marketplace. 

Greg’s journey as Realtor began in 2005. He licensed through the Real Estate Council of Ontario and for the past 8 years has grown his passion and experience in trading properties with a direct concentration on the Lakefront Residential Estates, Cottages and Boathouses.  His sound business planning, actionable goals and tenacious execution benefit his Clients on both the buying and selling ends.
