Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Millwright is responsible Installing, troubleshooting, maintaining and repairs to industrial mechanical machinery and equipment.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Responsibilities & Duties<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  • Read blueprints, diagrams and schematic drawings to determine workprocedures<\/li>\n \t
  • Install, align, take apart and move machinery andmechanical equipmentaccordingto layout plans using hand and power tools<\/li>\n \t
  • Plan lifts using rigging and hoisting equipment.<\/li>\n \t
  • Inspect and examine machinery and equipment to detect and find irregularitiesand malfunctions<\/li>\n \t
  • Adjust machinery and repair or replace defective parts<\/li>\n \t
  • Ability to useprecision tools such as laser alignment equipment, dial indicators, micrometers and precision and optical levels<\/li>\n \t
  • uses testing equipment such as vibration analysis as well as other techniques used in predictive and preventive maintenance<\/li>\n \t
  • Complete all documentation ina timely and accurate manner<\/li>\n \t
  • Possess the physical and mental capabilities to work under stressand control multiple tasks at a time,<\/li>\n \t
  • Coordinate with other departmentsand trades persons<\/li>\n \t
  • Performs related duties as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
